Qatar Airways increases frequency of flights to Sao Paulo

-

Currently Qatar Airways has 10 flights per week between Doha and São Paulo on Airbus A350-1000s, configured with 327 seats in two classes, but to meet the increase in demand it will increase capacity by 20%.

Qatar is the company that offers the largest number of operations between Asia and Brazil. Prior to the pandemic, Emirates had almost three daily flights to the Brazilian country, between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, from its hub in Dubai, with the Airbus A380 operating every day at Guarulhos Airport.

From next July 12, the company will make its first increase in the frequency of flights, operating 12 times a week between Doha and São Paulo. These operations will continue to be carried out with Airbus A350s.

In addition, according to the information obtained by Aviacionline through Cirium, Qatar Airways will have for the first time two daily frequencies on the aforementioned route from August.
