Plus Ultra resumed its flights to Ecuador

-

On Sunday, July 4, after nine months of suspension, Plus Ultra resumed its operations in Ecuador. The Spanish company based in Madrid will have, for the moment, two flights per month to Guayaquil and Quito with Airbus A340-300s, with a capacity for 289 passengers.

According to the information published on the Cirium intelligence platform, Plus Ultra will increase its frequency in August, reaching one operation per week. Prior to the cancellations as a result of COVID-19, the company had two weekly flights.

Guayaquil and Quito join Caracas and Lima to the list of destinations to and from Barajas Airport, in the Spanish capital. All routes are found with a reduced frequency due to the Coronavirus and its impact on demand.
