Emirates resumed its flights to Orlando

-

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) reached a new milestone in the recovery of its connectivity on Friday (2) when it received the first Emirates flight from Dubai after a fifteen-month absence.

This route, the longest that Orlando has, will allow it to strengthen its presence on a global scale through the Emirates hub in Dubai.

«As we continue to recover from the global pandemic, we are pleased to see our international carriers return to the Central Florida region and our world-class airport,» said Phil Brown, executive director of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

The route is operated with Boeing 777-200LRs aircraft, which has a configuration of 38 seats in business class and 264 in economy class, and with four weekly flights, totaling an offer of 2,416 seats
