On Thursday, Emirates finally inaugurated its non-stop flights between Dubai and Miami, with the Boeing 777-300ER registration A6-EQL touching US land at 11:00 a.m. after 15 hours 20 minutes in the air.

The company will operate four times a week, departing from Dubai as EK213 on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 3:10 a.m. to arrive in Miami at 11:00 a.m. local time, returning as EK214 the same days at 9:02 p.m. and landing in the emirate at 7:24 p.m. the next day, after nearly fourteen hours of flight.

The service will be carried out with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with capacity for 8 seats in First Class private suites, 42 seats in Business and 304 in Economy.

«We are delighted to begin our long-awaited service between Dubai and Miami for travelers. We hope that the service will be popular with our customers seeking new experiences as countries such as the United Arab Emirates and the US move forward with their vaccination campaigns and the world is safely opened for international travel,» said Essa Sulaiman Ahmed, Emirates Vice President for the United States and Canada.

During August, the airline will offer 58 weekly flights and 22,390 seats each way between Dubai and the United States, capturing 23.7% of the offer between that country and the Middle East.
