Avianca continues to strengthen its connections between Central America and the United States, and this week inaugurated three new routes from El Salvador, Costa Rica and Honduras.

On Thursday 1, the company added the city of Ontario, California to its network, operating three weekly flights from San Salvador (SAL) in Airbus A319 aircraft with capacity for 120 passengers. The inaugural flight had an occupation of 90%.

“We recognize the importance of connecting the United States with El Salvador and our markets in Central America, especially for those who travel to see their family and friends. We are sure that this new route is also a great opportunity to promote tourism in El Salvador and California as well.» Said Rolando Damas, General Director of Avianca.
