Three Brazilian airports begin to vaccinate all their personnel

-

The Brasilia International Airport (BSB), Belo Horizonte / Confins (CNF) and Rio de Janeiro / Galeão (GIG) will start their respective immunization processes for all aeronautical personnel, as well as for the crew members of airlines based in those airports.

Brazil has taken an important step by beginning the immunization of all aeronautical personnel, starting with the airports of highest traffic. Last week, the Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo was the first, in which during the first day more than 5,000 people were vaccinated with the first dose of Astrazeneca / Oxford, as highlighted by our partner in the neighboring country, Aeroin.net.

In Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte the vaccination campaigns will begin this Wednesday, June 2, while in Brasilia they will begin on June 7.

It is expected that in this first week, 38% of the employees of each airport will have the first dose of the Astrazeneca / Oxford vaccine.
