Southwest Airlines increases frequency of flights to Punta Cana

Currently Southwest Airlines has 8 flights per week between Baltimore and Punta Cana in Boeing 737-700s, configured with 143 seats. The North American company resumed operations between the two airports in November 2020, after six months of suspensions as a result of the Coronavirus.

Due to the start of the summer season, Southwest Airlines plans to increase its weekly operations between Baltimore and Punta Cana beginning on July 3. Flights will continue to be carried out on Boeing 737-700s.

Compared to June, the company plans to almost double its frequencies to the Dominican city. Southwest Airlines will have 15 weekly flights on the aforementioned route.
