Boliviana de Aviación increased its frequency of flights to Miami

Since June 13, as a consequence of the high season, Boliviana de Aviación increased its frequency of flights to Miami from its main hub in Bolivia. The company will fly to and from the United States in Boeing 767-300 (ERs), with capacity for 225 passengers.

Boliviana de Aviación will have 8 weekly operations between Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Miami. With this flight schedule, the company will offer 1,800 seats per week on the aforementioned route. Previously, with a daily frequency, it had 1,575 places.

These BoA operations will be carried out, according to the information published in Cirium, until the beginning of August, when the daily flight between Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Miami will return.

Boliviana de Aviación is the only airline to operate nonstop between the two airports. Eastern Airlines planned to enter the Bolivian market in December last year, but the start was definitively canceled.

BoA international routes to and from Bolivia

  • Buenos Aires: frequencies to be confirmed by the ANAC.
  • Miami: 8 weekly flights (Boeing 767-300).
  • San Pablo: 7 weekly flights (Boeing 737-700 and Boeing 737-800).
  • Madrid – Cochabamba: 1 weekly flight.*

*Flights from Cochabamba to Madrid are via Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
