Aerolíneas Argentinas confirmed a new flight to Moscow in search of more doses of Sputnik V

The AR1062 departed on Tuesday at 2 am and will arrive at Sheremetyevo International Airport at 00.30 (local time in Moscow) on the 26th. The return, under number AR1063 is scheduled for 4.30 am and the arrival at the International Airport of Ezeiza will be at 4.30 pm on Wednesday.

“There are two flights that arrive within 48 hours. This will allow the vaccination rhythm to be maintained and it means to continue taking steps to get out of this pandemic that is causing so much damage,” said Pablo Ceriani, CEO of Aerolíneas Argentinas.

Aerolíneas Argentinas has carried out 15 flights to the Russian Federation in which a total of 7,033,290 doses were transferred. In addition, 5 flights were made to Beijing, People’s Republic of China in which 3,659,200 of Sinopharm vaccines arrived in the country.

In this way, in 20 completed flights, Aerolíneas Argentinas contributed 10,692,490 doses of vaccines against Covid-19.
