MasAir obtained the CEIV Pharma certification

-

The CEIV Pharma certificate is a homologation granted by IATA in which the airline that receives it has the approval to transport cargo specifically dedicated to pharmaceutical products or health-related sensitive contents, such as vaccine doses. Thus, the Mexican cargo airline MasAir, after a process of training, advice and a final audit, recently obtained the aforementioned certification, which is valid for a period of three years.

«By achieving the IATA CEIV Pharma Certification, we show the commitment to our customers and confirm that our internal processes, organizational structure and infrastructure meet the highest requirements for the transport of temperature-controlled and time-sensitive products within our network» stated Luis Sierra, CEO of MasAir.

As a reflection Sierra concluded: «The pharmaceutical industry has always been an important part of our business and with the recently obtained certification, our goal is to significantly expand our pharmaceutical market, targeting a wider range of products and customers».
