New COVID-19 variant: Air France Adapts to French Government Measures

-

In an official statement, the French airline reported that it will promote a review policy on flights scheduled between yesterday, today and tomorrow. This is due to the new restriction that France imposed on aircraft coming from the United Kingdom.

So, from December 20th until December 22nd, operations are set to be executed partially, since from France to the United Kingdom passengers are allowed to travel. However, in the reverse direction, only the entry of cargo and mail will be permitted.

For those passengers who were affected by these flight cancellations, they may change the date or also ask for a money refund. The company states that the customer service staff at the airports will be available to passengers to carry out the corresponding procedures personally, in the event of an emergency and if it is impossible to carry them out by web.

More information about changes in these flights can be found the airline website.
